In order to check whether you have a valid claim and calculate the potential reclaim value, our analysts need to review your energy documents.

The documents our analysts would like to see are:

• Copy of your current energy contract

• Copies of any previous energy contracts you have available

• Copies of 2-3 energy bills from each energy contract period

• Copies of all emails from your energy broker(s)

• Copies of any LOA (Letter of Authority) sent to you by your energy Broker.

Once received, our team will check them to see whether you have a claim and calculate it’s value.

After we’ve informed you of the value, we’ll ask you to confirm that you’re happy to proceed with your claim on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis.
